Enjoy the mountain season
This area is well-known for fresh wild plants, river fish and mushrooms in different seasons. For example, butterbur flower buds, edible bracken, angelica tree buds and grape fern in spring, landlocked salmon, chars and kokanee salmon in summer, and matsutake mushrooms and maitake mushrooms and chestnuts in autumn are all specialties in the local area.
Tochigi Prefecture is also well-known for local ingredients, like any kinds of meat, yuba, wasabi and soba. We focus on using locally grown ingredients in our dishes and prepare them wholeheartedly.
We will prepare hearty meals using seasonal ingredients and local delicacy.
